Discover Our Working Groups

Our working groups bring together Agricultural Public Development Banks (Agri-PDBs) and technical partners to address the topics that matter most to our members. They are designed to respond to members’ needs while fostering the exchange of ideas and practices.

Our Three-Step Approach

Introductory Session – Overview and Concepts

  • Presents the general concepts of the topic and highlights the role of Agri-PDBs in this field

Practical Tools Session – Peer Learning

  • This session features tools developed by technical partners and encourages peer-to-peer exchanges
  • Experienced banks share their knowledge with others, in an interactive format that allows for questions, feedback, and discussion.

Tailored Support Session – Demand-Driven Engagement

  • A demand-driven session for a smaller group of interested banks, followed by staff training and dedicated technical support from the Platform.

The working groups are conducted in English, French, and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for banks across all regions—from Asia and the Pacific to Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Each session includes field experts, particularly from IFAD and AFD, and often features presentations from PDBs from Group 3, with support from the Platform.

All concept notes and synthesis reports are available on the Resource Page for deeper learning and key takeaways.
